WHAT?!

Sabrina really likes to do this really high pitched "What?!" that is hilarious.  It was part of our conversation this morning after breakfast.  She had just finished her last bite of oatmeal and covered her face with her hands:

Me: What are you doing?
Sabrina: I hiding.
Me: Why are you hiding?
Sabrina: I'm too scared of YOU.
Me:  You're not scared of me, I'm your Mommy!  (I picked her up and tickled her and then put her back down.)
Sabrina:  Up please.  You come downstairs with me.
Me:  I thought you said you were scared of me.
Sabrina: No.
Me:  Then why did you say you were scared of me.
Sabrina: WHAT?!  Because I need clothes.  (Then she started stripping down saying: WHAT?! WHAT?!)

The Girls: Might as well be sharing a room

The girls have bedrooms next to eachother.  Lately, they've discovered that they can have full yelling conversations through the wall.  Much to our amusement (keep in mind they are YELLING this whole thing through the walls):

Sabrina: We will, we will rock you.
Celia: Boom boom clap! [in this house, you sing these words, not actually clap] Boom boom clap!
Sabrina: We will, we will rock you.
Celia: Boom boom clap! Boom boom clap!  Buddy you're a boy make a big noise (mumble mumble mumble) BLOOD on your FACE!  Big disgrace.  SING IT!
Sabrina: We will we will rock you.
Celia: Boom boom clap.
Sabrina:  Me have song.
Celia:  You have another song you want to sing?
Sabrina: Yes.
Celia: What song is it?
Sabrina: World so high.
Celia: What did you say?
Sabrina: World so high.
Celia: Your crib is too high?
Sabrina: WORLD SO HIGH.
Celia: Your crib is too high?  Is that what you're saying?
Sabrina: Twinkle, twinkle little star, wonder what are, up world so high, like diamond in the sky, twinkle twinkle little star, wonder what are.
Celia:  Yes, that's the one I want to sing too.
(They sing.)
Sabrina:  Where's my book?
Celia: I don't know Sabrina.
Sabrina:  Find my book, Celia.
Celia:  I'm in my bed, Sabrina, ask mommy or daddy.
Sabrina: Find my book mommy daddy.
Celia: No, ask one mommy or daddy.
Sabrina:  Find my book daddy.
(At some point Celia decided she was tired.)
Sabrina: Here's my book!  Me find it!
Celia:  Good.  Now read it.
Sabrina:  It's too dark!
Celia: Then go to sleep.
(This is the last we heard of Celia.  Sabrina however, for several minutes after...)
Sabrina:  Nigh-night Celia.  Bye bye love you, nigh night.  (she waits...)  Love you too.

Sabrina Funnies

Sabrina loves to sing "Feliz Navidad."  Her version: "Please Not Eat That."
We also found her the other day singing "Happy Halloween" to the tune of "Happy Holidays."

Our conversation last night at dinner:
Me: Sabrina, what do you want to be when you grow up?
Sabrina: Ummmm.  A girl.
Me: What else?
Sabrina: A person.
Celia: Do you want to be a mommy when you grow up?
Sabrina: No.  A BIG person.
Celia: Do you want to be Arthur when you grow up?
Sabrina: Yes. What's Arthur?

Our conversation this morning while I was changing her diaper:
Sabrina: Me change your bum? (laughing hysterically)
Me: No, I'm a big girl.  I use the potty.  You're a big girl, too, you can use the potty too.
Sabrina: Daddy take off my diaper.  Me get tootles out potty.
Me: Did Daddy help you use the potty yesterday?
Sabrina: Yes.  Me get tootles out.
Me: The potty is for wet and poopies [Celia determined all bathroom vocabulary for our family... blame her].  You can get wet and poopies out in the potty too.
Sabrina: It's too hard!
