Salmon Dinner: A Tribute to our Biggest Fillet


We cooked up our biggest fillet last night... 39 ounces. Topped it with crushed almonds, honey mustard, and put carmelized onions with fresh basil on top. As Tom said: "tastes fancy." The recipe can be found here from Whole Foods.
